One partner for the work that repeats across every store.
Nextage runs multisite retail programs for large format retail, liquor, convenience and shopping centres across Australia. The same job at many stores, scoped once, priced per site and delivered to one standard.
Nextage Group helps Australian retailers run the same facility job across many stores to one standard: specified once, priced per site, delivered nationally.
One supplier, one standard, in every state you trade in.

Now showing
Know the scope first.
A fixed price condition audit before anyone commits the capital.
The problem
The second site should look like the first.
Retail groups with many sites often get different contractors, different specs and different quality at every store. Coordinating regional tradies burns time. Capex wants a per site number that can stage. Compliance wants insurance and contractor platforms sorted before anyone is on site.
Different contractors every store
Regional trades each solve it their own way. By site 20 the brand standard is a suggestion.
Capex needs a per site number
Finance cannot stage a fleet wide lump sum. It can stage a number per store.
Compliance before anyone is on site
Insurance and contractor platforms have to be sorted before access, not chased afterwards.

Learn moreHow it works
The same order every time, whatever the job is.
Audit, set the standard, deliver, report. Every program runs this way, whichever line it sits in and whether or not it is one we have published.
Listen & scope
A phone call or a site walk. We want the repeated problem across the estate, not a single job.
Audit, when needed
Quantify the condition before capital is committed. Fixed price, so agreeing to look does not commit you to the work.
Freeze the kit
One standard for materials, dimensions, finish and install method, written down so stores cannot drift apart.
Price per site
A number per store, so finance can stage the program against the annual capital cycle.
Why retailers use Nextage
One standard · Priced per site · Delivered nationally
One standard
A frozen kit of parts, so stores do not drift apart.
Priced per site
Stage it to the annual capital cycle. No all or nothing demand.
National delivery
One accountable supplier across states.
Audit before capital
Quantify the scope before anyone commits to it.
Compliance carried
$20m public liability cover, and registered on client platforms including LinkSafe, Rapid Global and Pegasus.
Start with one site
Prove the pack on a pilot, then call off more sites.
Completion reports
Photo and handover packs a budget owner can reuse upstairs.
What you get back
Every site closes out with a completion report.
The same document per store, in the same shape, whichever line the job sits in. It is what lets a budget owner sign off a site without attending it.

FAQ
Common questions
Do you work nationally?
Yes. Nextage delivers in every state and territory, NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA, Tasmania, the ACT and the NT, under one accountable team.
Can we start with one store?
Yes. Most programs prove the pack on a pilot site, then call off further sites against the same standard.
Are you a media company?
No. On screen engagements we specify, install and act as owner's representative alongside media and centre partners.
Do you publish pricing online?
No. Programs are scoped and priced per site after we understand the estate. A published rate would be a guess at your thresholds, your access and your compliance requirements.
What compliance do you carry?
Nextage carries $20 million public liability insurance and is registered on client contractor platforms including LinkSafe, Rapid Global and Pegasus. Specific platform requirements are confirmed per client before site access.
What does a completion report contain?
Site photos before and after, the work performed, and the handover detail a budget owner needs to close the site out without attending.
